My name is Erhardt Szakacs and I am a freelance photographer from the beautiful town of Limburg an der Lahn in Germany. The narrow streets, the charming half-timbered houses and the people of this town have taught me to be inspired by small things. I love working with my camera, trying to capture everyday moments and show the natural diversity. I work primarily with colors and shadows, and set the beauty of the object / subject in the actual size.
Just as the quiet moments of life, I also love the Rapid. Therefore, I have specialized myself in the motorsports and automotive photography. The objective is to capture the fascination with the intoxication that speed can produce in my photos.

mein Name ist Erhardt Szakacs und ich bin ein freiberuflicher Fotograf aus der schönen Stadt Limburg an der Lahn in Deutschland. Die kleinen Gassen, die reizenden Fachwerkhäuser und die Menschen dieser Stadt haben mich gelehrt, sich von kleinen Dingen inspirieren zu lassen. Ich liebe es mit meiner Kamera alltägliche Momente in einem neuen Licht darzustellen und die Naturvielfalt festzuhalten. Die Frage, warum ich fotografiere, würde ich wohl mit dem viel verwendeten Satz „Fotografie ist mein Leben“ beantworten. Denn sie ist tatsachlich mein Lebensinhalt. Sie bietet mir die Möglichkeit mich so auszudrücken, wie ich es in Worte nicht fassen könnte.
